Miomoto updates

Introducing Miomoto

Beta update: As the product takes shape, we’ve chosen a more distinctive, easier-to-find name. Moto is now Miomoto. The product and team remain the same.

Miomoto started with a simple observation: AI video creation had become completely fragmented.

You might use one tool for ideas, another for images, another for video, another for voice-over, and then bring everything into an editor to assemble the actual project.

When something changes, you often have to go back, find the original source, generate another version, download it, import it, and reconnect it to the edit.

We wanted a better way to work.

One project, one timeline

Miomoto brings generation into the same project where the video is edited.

You can generate video, motion graphics, and audio, then edit, refine, and finish it all in one timeline.

The references, generated media, prompts, and edits stay connected, so the project keeps its context as it evolves.

More than bringing tools together

Once the whole project lived in one place, we could build AI tools that work with the project itself.

Miomoto can use the timeline, media, sources, references, and structure around it—not just the latest prompt.

That makes it possible to create and revise work much faster while keeping the result editable.

The aim is simple: professional control at AI speed.

Made entirely in Miomoto

The launch film below was made entirely in Miomoto.

Every shot, every title, every cut, every effect, and every sound was created and finished inside the Miomoto timeline.

From reference to editable motion in under 30 seconds

In this example, Miomoto recreated a visual reference as editable motion graphics in under 30 seconds.

The result remains fully editable in the Miomoto timeline—a task that would typically take a professional more than half an hour.

This is the direction we are exploring across Miomoto: not only generating assets faster, but turning creative intent into editable project material.

A real editor underneath

Miomoto is not a generator with a preview window.

It is a timeline editor with layers, clips, keyframes, effects, audio, project media, and export tools—with AI built into the same environment.

You can generate something, place it in the edit, revise it, combine it with existing media, and continue working.

The editor is not the final step after the AI workflow.

It is where the workflow lives.

Private beta

Miomoto is opening its private beta gradually, starting with working editors, motion designers, and creative teams.

The core editor will remain free. Free exports will include subtle Miomoto attribution, while paid plans will add watermark-free exports, AI credits, and professional features.

We are especially interested in people with a real project they would like to try in Miomoto.
